Provides introductory training, auditing and seminars.
Delivers chaplain services including marriage counseling.
Performs ministerial services including weddings, naming ceremonies and Sunday services.

Appoints and assists volunteer ministers to perform their functions in the community.
Helps open new Dianetics and Scientology groups in the area.
Assists the local community church goodwill programs.
